For the safety of our therapists and clients, we will have the front door locked during sessions. (It is able to be unlocked from the inside without a key. It will be opened 10 minutes before your appointment time.

WE OFFER A CALM AND SOOTHING ENVIRONMENT. IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN THIS ATMOSPHERE, WE REQUIRE THAT YOU DO NOT BRING VISITORS WITH YOU TO YOUR APPOINTMENT, INCLUDING SMALL CHILDREN (BABIES).
APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY:
Late Cancellation/No Show Appointments:
We require a minimum 24-hour cancellation notice for all scheduled appointments. NO SHOWS will have their accounts assessed 100% of services due that were scheduled for that day. Cancelled services less than 24 hours, or cancellations due to contraindications, illness or death in the family, will be charged a Cancellation Fee of 60% of services booked.
Late Appointment Arrivals:
We require clients to arrive at least 10 minutes early for check-in. Late arrivals will be seen for the remaining time of their allotted appointment. Repeated short notice cancellations (less than 24 hours) by a client may result in a non-refundable pre-payment
